Oreos + recipe

Oreos are the #1 bestselling cookie in America. But how bad are they? Let's look: 3 cookies are 14g sugar and a whopping 0g fiber. And the ingredients:

INGREDIENTS: UNBLEACHED ENRICHED FLOUR (WHEAT FLOUR, NIACIN, REDUCED IRON, THIAMINE MONONITRATE {VITAMIN B1}, RIBOFLAVIN {VITAMIN B2}, FOLIC ACID), SUGAR, PALM AND/OR CANOLA OIL, COCOA (PROCESSED WITH ALKALI), HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, LEAVENING (BAKING SODA AND/OR CALCIUM PHOSPHATE), SALT, SOY LECITHIN, CHOCOLATE, ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR.

HFCS: Likely HFCS-90 which can cause liver damage
Artificial flavor: Hidden chemicals.
White flour: Lacking any nutrition.
Sugar: Why use sugar when you have HFCS

Instead make these

Homemade Oreos:
You will need
Cookie:
Whole wheat flour 1 cup
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp chocolate chips
1/3 cup cocoa powder
3 tbsp oil of choice
2/3 cup water
1 egg
Creme:
1/4 cup half and half
1/4 cup water
7 tsp sugar
Instructions:
Combine all the cookie ingredients in bowl
Combine creme ingredients in separate bowl
Cut cookie dough and poke holes
Assemble sandwich cookies (you should have 24 fully assembled cookies)
Bake until crunchy
