Pumpkin? Don't believe the marketing.

It's that time again! Fall!
Aka pumpkin season
But don't believe it!
Look at the sugar counts

PSL: 12.5 tsp Grande with whip
Pumpkin spice mini wheats: 3 tsp (1 cup serving)
Pumpkin spice Milano 2.5 tsp (2 cookies)
Pumpkin cheesecake Ben & Jerry's 6 tsp (1/2 cup)
Pumpkin pie Larabar 5 tsp (1 bar)
Pumpkin donut 5 tsp (1 donut)
Pumpkin pie cliff 6 tsp (1 bar)
Pumpkin spice instant oatmeal 2.5 tsp (1 pack)

Pumpkin season more like sugar season!
But!!!!
Pumpkin can be healthy.
I will post a lemon square recipe that uses pumpkin
as a fat substitute. So look out later today!
